Evidence Review

Review and safety boundaries

BodyWise Lab is an editorial health-and-fitness publication, not a clinic. We do not claim personal diagnosis or individualized medical review. Our trust signal is source-checking, conservative safety boundaries, and transparent correction handling.

Source quality

Primary-source first

Articles prioritize CDC, NIH, AHA, ACSM, FDA, Cochrane, PubMed-indexed research, and other official or peer-reviewed sources. We avoid unsupported testimonials as evidence.

Medical limits

No personal care claims

Content is general education. It should not be used to diagnose, treat, or override clinician instructions, especially for blood pressure, illness recovery, pregnancy, medications, or supplement interactions.

Corrections

Fixes are logged

Readers can report factual errors through the contact page. We re-check the cited source, update the article when needed, and preserve visible update dates.

Why there are no named medical reviewers on every article

Named clinical review is shown only when a real reviewer assignment exists. Until then, articles are labeled as editorially source-checked rather than personally medically endorsed.
